REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS<br/> <br/> The Board of Park Commissioners of Dickinson Parks and Recreation District (DPRD) is accepting proposals for the expansion of golf practice areas at the Heart River Golf Course (HRGC). All proposals shall be submitted electronically to Benjamin Rae (brae@dickinsonparks.org) with the subject “HRGC Practice Areas” until 3:00 PM (MST), Wednesday, August 26, 2026. Detailed specifications and bid forms are available at the DPRD office located at 2004 Fairway Street, Dickinson, ND 58601. Proposals must be submitted on the bid forms provided by DPRD, and the additional proposal requirements must be submitted on the proposer’s own forms with the bid form; all proposal documents must be in accordance with the specifications and conditions. On-site visits may be coordinated with Scott Mack at 701-495-0026. All proposals shall remain open for a period of thirty (30) days after the proposal closing date.
