- Approved Zoning Ordinance Amendment
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Burleigh County Commissioners at their
May 5, 2025 meeting approved an ordinance amending the 1972 Amended Zoning
Ordinance of Burleigh County:

Article 8 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended and re-enacted to include:

Section 30 - Data Centers/Al Conversion Facilities
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after first
publication of this notice unless a petition for a separate hearing is filed
pursuant to NDCC Section 11-33-10.
This ordinance is available for review during normal office hours in the
Burleigh County Building, Planning and Zoning Department, 221 N. 5th Street,
Bismarck, ND
